Course Overview: The aim of the programme is to enable the learner to develop the relevant knowledge skill and competence to use a range of culinary & Practical skills in familiar situations, under direction and with limited autonomy.
Typical Modules:  Culinary Operations-Breakfast Cookery-Work Experience-Word Processing- Personal Effectiveness-Communications-Application of Numbers-Art & Design.
Entry Requirements:  Age 16-21
